Hi everyone! I know it has been forever but...

Anyways, I don't know why I have forgotten to mention this before but I love The Colbert Report!!

Off to Work I Go!

Hi, I know I have not written in a while but I have been very busy working and hanging out with friends!

I have to work every day this week from 8:00 am to around 9:00 pm at a fair here in town. =(

Anyways I am finally be brave and write my own fanfiction and post it on the internet!!! I hope it goes over well because I have a low self-esteem problem when it comes to my writting or anything really when others can see it!

Dum, dum, dee-dum...

If you haven't guessed yet, tomorrow is my cousin Sara's wedding! :)

I know I promised to write about the shower and so, here it is. The bridal shower was a blast. My cousins Sara (obviously), Katie, and Missy were there. Katie, Missy, my sister Hannah and I had so much fun talking and laughing. We told stories about how funny our school teacher were and what people in class got away with. It was hilarious. Then Sara opened presents we talked and then eventually had to go home.

I will talk tomorrow about the wedding and reception. Also Sunday My best friend Myvonne (Mivy to me) and I are going to the movies to see the new Harry Potter movie. My sister and her friend Anna are going with us.

Bridal Shower

Hi. I know i haven't written anything in a while, but I'm here now. I am getting ready to leave to go to my cousin Sara's bridal shower. She is getting married next weekend to a guy named John Sharp. He lives and works in Chicago as an artist. He goes to hospitals, schools and other public buildings and paints murals and paintings on the walls for them. He is really good.

My cousin Sara is an artist as well. She is a metal artist. She creates many things but likes to focus on jewlery. You can chech out her art online at http://www.smmetalart.com/ . I bought the 'Hand Harp' at her art show earlier this year. If you like her work you can buy her stuff or ask her to make something new for you. She takes requests on her website.

Getting to know me!

Hello! I am Rachel. I am a high school student. I have a little sister Hannah (Annie to me) and she calls me Ellie. Unlike many people my age I HATE swearing. I'm involved in a club at school called Quiz Busters and on the School Newspaper. I enjoy reading (books and/or fanfiction) and being on the computer.I also play the piano, violin, trumpet, electric and acustic guitar. I have an awesome boyfriend, Jamie (James). My favorite sport is soccer and I have played it for 10 years now. Unfortunately, my knee has caused me to stop playing. My favorite subjects are Science and History. My blog title was originally be 'Doctor Rachel' because I hope to someday become either a Doctor or Archeologist! Another reason is because I LOVE House MD!! I am a big fan of House/Wilson pairing. As you may notice a lot of my links are to sites that focus on this paring. I am not trying to force people to read it but giving people who do like it an easy way to access some good sites. I am a big fan of the two blogs that were set up here a while back that are supposed to be Dr. Wilson and Dr. House's blogs. All of the entries are fanfiction stories that sound as if they were real people. I recommend reading them if you enjoy this couple. As I mentioned earlier, I love reading some of my favorite books are The Time Traveler's Wife, any Sarah Dessen books, and Nicholas Sparks books. To list all of my favorites would take forever and I won't bore you with that. I am also a fan of the show Friends! One of my most favorite things to do though is to hang out with my friends either at our houses of at the mall!!
